Question #1
With the coming of April 22nd, we reach another Earth Day! There have been some improvements in the state of our global Environment since the first Earth Day back in 1970, but we can all work a little harder to make our planet better. As we enter the third MILLENNIUM there are shortages of energy, limited landfill space and global warming. We will be facing some serious problems in a very short time if we don’t ALL work together. SAVING THE EARTH is one movement where kids should and can take the lead, because in a few short years, you will have to clean up the mess that older generations have made!

To help you get started, we here at New York Kids have started our "Save The World With DIRT" campaign, and it's your chance to stand up and make a difference where it really matters...protecting mother EARTH! For Earth Day, this month's Mountain of Science is dedicated to some Eco facts that may make you think. So climb up and see what you know about Earth and the environment!
